Ben Russert


Prosource began as Pro-Copy Technologies, a document hardware solutions company cofounded by Ben’s father, Dave Russert, and Ted Cook in 1985. Ben joined Prosource in 1987, and spent 12 years in sales. In 1999, he took over as President, and became sole owner in 2003. He was President of the Copier Dealers Association (CDA) and now, as Chairman, remains an industry leader.

Brad Cates

President & CEO

Brad Cates joined Prosource in 2012. Prior to that, he was President of Standard Register Healthcare. Brad brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, new business development, operations, strategic account management, general management, and leadership. He completed the Executive Management Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Pete Findley

Chief Financial Officer

Pete Findley joined Prosource in 2013. Pete was most recently CFO at a local law firm, where he had leadership responsibility for the organization’s finance and operations strategies. Prior to that Pete spent 16 years as CFO with document solutions and managed network services organizations. In 2012, Pete was recognized as CFO of the Year by the Cincinnati Business Courier, the top distinction for financial executives in the tri-state area.

Sean Sullins

Senior VP of Sales

Sean Sullins joined Prosource in 2013, where he is responsible for developing and driving sales excellence company-wide. Prior to joining Prosource, Sean was President and CEO of his own company, Document Solutions, a provider of office technology. Before creating his own business, he was Sales Manager at Xerox.

Kevin Frederick

Senior VP of Technical Services

Kevin Frederick joined Prosource in 2007. With over 25 years in the industry, his vast career includes being COO and Director of Technical Operations for a technical consulting firm and running his own company. His expertise lies in customer service, sales support, project management, software design, development and support, and all other aspects of IT. He is also an Assistant Professor at U.C.
