How the Program Works

This intensive, 10-week program combines seminar- and field-based training with rotations focused on each of our business technology areas. The goal? To prepare you for an outside sales account management role in the area that maximizes your strengths and career advancement potential.

  • Throughout the program, you’ll be immersed in our full portfolio of business technology solutions from top-tier office and production equipment and managed print services to managed IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, cloud solutions, and enterprise content management, along with a proven sales process to help you succeed.
  • Along the way, you will learn about the business from executives and other key Associates. You will also get acquainted with the other departments that make our business run (logistics, project management, customer service, and beyond).
  • Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for a competitive placement on one of our teams, armed with the skills and knowledge you need to begin a lucrative sales career.
