The Fleet Management Agreement by ProSource is an all inclusive solution that will provide you with the necessary outsourced services required to manage your desktop laser printers.    We can provide the following for your existing fleet of HP and Lexmark laser printers.

How does it work?

You choose the level of coverage required to keep your printer fleet operating at peak performance from our flexible menu of Service Options.

ProSource will provide all the services selected using a simple, fixed cost per page model.   At the end of each billing period, you will receive an invoice for all pages printed x the fixed cost per page.
