Customer Account Specialist

Major Responsibilities:

  • Invoice service contracts
  • Accounts Receivable for assigned accounts
  • Special projects as assigned:  e-Automate, Contracts, National Accounts

Prerequisites/ Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience
  • Above average analytical and computer skills a must
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word

  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage several complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
